Thank you on behalf of my wife for the clothes.
Sorry it took me so long to put this up.
Looking for help with my yard. If you don't have one and want a place to play, I have lots of need and little help.
I would like to co create community space and Natural Spiritual connection around my home.

Crocosmia is a genus of flowering plants in the iris family (Iridaceae), native to South Africa. They’re known for their striking, arching sprays of bright funnel-shaped flowers in shades of red, orange, and yellow that bloom in mid-to-late summer.
Here are some key points:
🌱 Growth habit: Herbaceous perennials with sword-like, pleated green leaves. They grow from underground corms (like gladiolus).
🌸 Flowers: Appear in succession along arching stems, making them especially graceful in garden borders. Popular varieties include Crocosmia ‘Lucifer’ (fiery red), Crocosmia ‘Emily McKenzie’ (orange with red centers), and Crocosmia ‘George Davison’ (golden yellow).
🌍 Uses: Ornamental in gardens for color and pollinator attraction (especially hummingbirds and butterflies).
☀️ Care: Thrive in full sun with well-drained soil; moderately drought-tolerant once established. Hardy in USDA zones 5–9, though in colder areas they may need mulching or lifting/storing corms over winter.
🌿 Spreading: Can naturalize and spread by corm offsets; in some regions, they can become invasive if not managed.
Would you like me to create a care and propagation guide (step-by-step) for crocosmia, or more of a landscape design guide showing how to use them effectively with other plants?
We have finally cleaned out our closets and have both men's and women's clothing available for a clothing swap or someone who wants to go through a bunch of clothes.
The women's is primarily XL (about 90%) with some large and 2XL.
Shirts, pants and dresses. May be able to talk her out of some shoes.
The men's clothing spans a couple decades and is from size large to 2XL some dress mostly casual pants included.

I started this "Group" while serving the community as a Fire Fighter/Medic last July 2022. It was intended to network all of us who have ever enjoined or taken part in this community at any time in our lives or those who hope to go in the future. It is still a magical place. I have started "Pay It Forward" effort for Coffee and other things people might forget to bring out there while enjoining the area. Please join and share your gifts and experience.

Charlotte, Thank you so much for the stereo system. I'm so excited to try it out and be able to play my CDs and tapes again (way old school, but can't give 'em up.) Thanks also for making the pick up easy and enjoyable. Happy 4th of July!

Karen gifted me the most beautiful hooded scarf. I am so grateful to have something so beautiful to wear from Donegal, Ireland. Karen gave me excellent instructions to her address (despite lots of construction in her neighborhood).

Thanks so much for the tea, Karen, and for the assorted miscellaneous items as well. The Pumpkin Spice tea is delicious, and I'm looking forward to using the cloth napkins, the door hanger and the grey pants, which I was delighted to find fit me!
The complete directions to your apartment made the pickup easier and were also appreciated.
Also, thanks for being so patient with me about the pickup logistics, for the last four months!
May all go well with you in the coming days :-)

p.s. in case the Kindista website goes down again, are you textable on the phone number I have for you? Or is that a calls-only number? Thx for clarifying :-)

Thank you, Karen. The calendar will work quite well for the homebound person I'm giving it to. She really loves dogs! Yes, I picked up the lightbulbs too. Thank you.
I didn't knock because I didn't want to disturb you. Thank you for the offer of the other items... many tempted me and were beautiful. As I am downsizing, I had to pass them by, alas.
Thank you for working out this gifting. - Lisa
